Believe it or not the book was created by not only a certified strength coach but also a certified nutritionist.
As you can imagine, when I first heard about it I had to dig and probe my circle of experts.
You and I know alredy the health benefits of red wine.
But as a medium for fat loss—scam or for real?
Finally I realized that the more I discovered about the book, the more I realized it was about lifestyle, and not about drinking alcohol.
And as you know this is something I have preached for years.
One of the neat things about this book is the way the diet itself is structure for you to be able to modify it for the long haul.
Art, the author, also goes over recipes and simple snacks to help you continue your fat loss.
In conclusion, the book is worth getting to use a great resource.
