[ hint- is not menopause]
I recently sat down with a handful of clients to reset their fitness and wellness program for this first part of the year.
Do you want to know what was the common denominator among them?
I will let you know in a bit.
But I got to confess, my friend and colleague Steven Fulmer wrote this article almost 10 years ago and it was so powerful I would like to read it and see if you can relate to it…READ IT HERE!
Is this article one of the small grains that got my career as a fitness professional to become more of a integrative-wellness trainer
So now back to my handful of clients.
Please keep in mind these are all successful career business women over the age of 40.
After completing your typical goal sheet each of them completed and reviewed with me their Wheel of Sanity.
As each of them related their fitness goals and obstacles to plan for, their emotional hard drive surface to be the area of wellness that would catapult them to reach the 8-10 pounds fat loss, to tone up their arms, to feel comfortably sexy naked in front of their partner/spouse.
How is your emotional hard drive?
But more important, do you need help assessing and setting a plan to avoid emotional burnout?
If you do not, I encourage you to seek 15 minutes today to review and reset the way you are living your everyday life.
Why not get more clarity on what you want your next 3,5, 10 years of your life to look like?
Do you want to take the first step to enjoy everyday while raising your standards and not someone else’s?
Let me know. Send me an email. Would love to know what you think.
Today can be the day when enough is enough
